A health crusader, avid gardener, a wife and doggy mom. Anne is an incredibly active individual that spends most of her time in the sun with plants and animals.

She has participated in a wide range of sports and activities  including: being a member of the Women’s Soccer Club for 20 years, 1st place finishes in bodybuilding competitions, pickleball, biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more!  

Anne created R E D H E A L E R to provide clients with safe, effective, and functional therapies that alleviate pain and grant the body ease of use. RH is designed for athletes with highly active lifestyles that require their bodies to operate at peak performance. While still catering to those that simply need routine maintenance to keep their bodies functioning properly.
