First Visit

Before Arriving:

  • Please have Health History Form filled out and ready.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your FIRST visit, 5-10 minutes for subsequent visits.

  • Don’t arrive on a full stomach.

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing.

  • We accept Cash or Check.

What to expect:

  • This is your time to relax so please have all devices powered off.

  • The 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment will be used to complete the health assessment and consultation which may include stretching and range of motion examinations.

  • Post session self care recommendations will be offered.
