Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, you may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. No show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment please email info@redhealer.net.

Arrival Policy:

On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for paperwork and to determine the best session plan for you at each visit. Allowing for an unhurried experience.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time.

Hygiene/Privacy/Draping:

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Our priority is to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our clients. All equipment and linens are cleaned and sterilized. Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are being treated will be exposed.
